Wish they would have listened and payed more attention when moving a $4000 mattress without the plastic cover I specifically told them to use before moving it. Instead, they packed the plastic cover on the truck and when it was time for the bed to be moved , the plastic cover was packed so deep in truck it would have taken another hour to get to it. When they unpacked the truck they moved and stained mattress more then once they finally get to plastic cover they give it to me. I mean what the heck... I don’t need it now! They stained the white mattress already. Thanks for voiding the mattress warranty. I should pursue payment to replace it but I’ll let this one slide. Next time I won’t be so easy!

I followed the truck to the next location to deliver the furniture and I noticed the two men were traveling slowly on the surface streets. The job should have been only 2 hours not 2 hours and 15 minutes. Also, we noticed a scratch on the dresser that happened in transit and I declined the damage report because I would rather prevent the issue instead of having to file and claim, wait for a repair company and pay full price for the move to 2 Men And A Truck. My advice is be very careful when moving furniture and provide bags to the guys to put screws in and then tape the screws to the piece of furniture that needs to be put back together.
All items should be wrapped in pads and shrink wrap to prevent damage.
The two guys also received a small tip just to be courteous. The job was done.

Marlon and Nate were outstanding!! They handled all of our belongings with care and removed all the stress of our move from Baton Rouge to Lake Charles. Thank you for doing such a great job!!

The guys were very professional and handled my materials well and with care. I was appreciative of their enthusiasm even with three flights of stairs to climb! I appreciate how they dropped eveyrhing off in an organized and orderly manner!

Our two movers were AWESOME!!! I believe their names are Chris and Irvin, please forgive if I have their names wrong, but I am pretty sure that is their names. They were quick and took great care of my property!!!! Their attitudes were AMAZING!!! They made the moving experience go smoothly! Also, the office staff is amazing with answering questions and getting you answers quickly! Also, they are quick with emailing you back after you submit your information online. We will be using them again soon once we get this other house together. And I will request the same movers!!!

Moving team did an amazing job. They were friendly, quick, and easy to talk to. However the guys accidentally ripped my sofa. The movers were very professional when they notified me that the couch was damaged. No bad comments pertaining the movers. I did not appreciate how the manager failed to reach out to me until approx 24 hours after the move regarding my damaged property. The manager sent a notification through the mover that everything was going to be taken care of but I did not hear from the manager until the next day. I believe that is very unprofessional and I had higher expectations coming from the management of the business. Other than the wait to hear from management everything else was great.

The moving team was fantastic. It was wonderful to have such sweet, courteous, helpful & capable guys to assist with our moving troubles. I would recommend your company based solely on the performance of the two young men who represented your company so well.
