The two men were very helpful and extremely hardworking. They went above and beyond what was expected. The job lasted forever because we kept adding things for them to do. They worked with smiles on their faces and joked with us throughout the dya. I never did get their names but would like you to add their names to my record so I can ask for them our next move.

We chose Two Men and a Truck because they were one of the only companies that could guarantee our belongings weren't going to be moved from truck to truck and the only company that could guarantee their arrival time. The movers were incredibly careful with our furniture and extremely nice to work with.

Denise was extremely professional and helpful in explaining the cost and process. She checked in on us during the day to make sure everything was going as planned. Eric was a great team leader and made sure everything went smoothly. The other team members were very polite and professional, and even though you could tell they were getting tired and slower after the first round of boxes, they finished out the night ahead of time. Eric made sure all of the big, heavy items arrived safely and encouraged his team to keep going until the very end.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. Megan was professional, helpful, and demonstrated outstanding customer service. The estimate of the move requiring two large trucks was right on target. Henry, Brandon, Trevor and Jeremy were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous, friendly, conscientious, and very efficient. Henry did an outstanding job of supervising the move and the guys demonstrated excellent teamwork. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Two Men and a Truck.

The team arrived on time. The gentleman were very polite and helpful. No complaints.i had one glass to break and the glass on a frame cracked. But I had a huge amount of boxes. So I was very pleased that there was no major damage!!

Everything was fine. However, when I was trying to get some kind of reimbursement for a speakerbar that was damaged during the move (HarmonKardon SB26), the attitude of the company was very stiff. I thought 2Men&aTruck had the GRANDMA rule but I was getting resistance for the damaged item. The mover moved the item to my car and I transported the item in my own vehicle. However the mover himself moved the item to my car. And when I first called, the tone that I received was very resistant to helping me out. Clearly the damage is from the mover (not that he was a bad guy, but the damage was from his action) not from me, so why am I getting a tough time?

Thankfully the second call went much better. But please be more considerate at first for your customer.

Everyone I dealt with at Two Men and a Truck was courteous and helpful. I coordinated this move for my elderly parents and had to make changes to our order several times. The staff was understanding and helpful. The movers were very polite and careful.

Michael was very courteous, introduced himself and offered to move items around that were not on the original request.
