I sent pictures to claim department
I couldn't leave because how they loaded that truck. Sky high totes with no tie downs. My tvs were not tied down. Just one turn out the drive way and there would have been thousands of dollars lost. I have picture of what those two guys did. They just started throwing stuff in. I had to hire people to come unload 1/3 of the truck and repack till midnight

The movers were very friendly and professional. However there are some issues. A desk chair fell off the truck and the arm is broken. The fridge was nearly dropped and is not working and dented. Our food spoiled overnight and the cost of eating out this week while we try to get it fixed is expensive. Additionally, our nearly brand new bedroom furniture has visible damage in several places.

Always use extra caution moving TVs. Squeezing the edge can mess with picture. Overall the move team was amazing, they were in a good mood even when exhausted

Excellent communication, movers showed up on time and worked hard and efficiently. Wrapped delicate furnishings in paper and clear plastic. Have used them 3 times now and each time it's been a great experience.

Two Men (specifically George and Anthony plus Haley) and a Truck was worth every penny. The description I received from Haley about how to prepare for the move and what to expect on the day matched the moving day’s events superbly. George and Anthony are obvious professionals of effective communication, safe lifting operators, and experienced spatial managers. 10/10 will request them again.
