Better tools for your moving team would be beneficial. Power tools would be ideal.

The movers were excellent, but Shadrack in the office was horrible. First, I booked with him for a certain day. Then he leaves message that he miswrote my CC number. By the time I called back he said day we agreed on was no longer available and gave me a new day. On my moving day, no one showed up. I called office and Shadrack said he wrote in different day in the system than what he told me so movers would come the following day. I said that was unacceptable. After a lot of back and forth with Shadrack, movers came that day. He also never let me talk to the manager which I thought was weird. I will never use this company again and will recommend others don’t either, just based on the terrible office experience. But once again, the moving crew was great.

My movers were personal yet professional. They are both qualified and did a great job in a very short time period.

The moving team was amazing! It was efficient, professional and friendly.

Movers were professional and remembered where each piece came from. Different pieces to different rooms, Kendrick had me go over each piece placement and even remembered a piece I forgot. I think he has a photographic memory. He also knew how to assemble furniture exactly

Shadrach was the coordinator with the office team and once he took over my account things went very smoothly.
I was most impressed with the 6 movers they sent, I can remember all the names because they introduced themselves and were very professional and personable. Cane, Ron, Hayes, Felton were fantastic. The two truck drivers Dominic and Jarrell were the team leaders and were professional and personable.
The move was a pleasant experience.

DOMINIC and HAYES were very courteous, punctual and calm. A relaxing and thoroughly efficient experience. The communication and expectations were clear and made my experience smooth. If I had a question it was answered promptly and effectively so that I was continually confident in the team. I have had other professional movers and the results were less than desirable. I will always recommend TWO MEN and a TRUCK. Bravo on the training and hiring processes for your company.

overall it was good, but was left with scratches on my black refrigerator that were not there before and very noticeable and not able to cover it up.

The guys were friendly and courteous. Did their job and didn't mess around and waste time. I was very pleased with everything done.
