I was overall very happy. Nice guys. On time. Worked hard. My only disappointment was that I had send information on the specific items that were to be moved, and when the movers arrived, they stated that they were never given that info, and had no idea how to disassemble the items for moving. We had to wait for quite some time for a manager to show up to help figure out how to do it. Due to the substantial delay, we were only able to move 4 of 10 items. At $280 per hour I felt under these circumstances that I should get some kind of break on the time due to four men standing around for so long.

The office staff were very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The 3 movers were terrific they took so much care and explained everything to me which made me feel at ease. I will most definitely recommend this company to others and I plan to use their services again next time I move. It was worth every penny!

My moving team was amazing! They were very kind and helpful. They made a very stressful situation much easier for me and were actually very supportive.

The two gentlemen who moved me were clean cut and professional and, just as important, efficient. There was no idle time. They got in there, wrapped the stuff up, loaded it on the truck, and took it to the new place. They were also friendly. I appreciated their friendliness and positive attitude.
