The movers were great; nothing negative to say about them at all.
The office staff, however, is a completely different story; rude, insulting, not willing to take ownership of damaged items and damage to my house. I’ve used Two Men and a Truck in the past for various moves and had great experiences. However, this experience with the location/management in Erlanger, KY is enough to prevent me from using them again.

Your men were courteous and professional. They did a very professional job in a difficult move. They put everything right where we wanted it.. Thank you very much I highly recommend your company.

The guys did a wonderful job of moving all the items with care.

We had much more furniture than they expected and they worked hard to get it done.

Overall I was satisfied with the service the movers who moved. I think towards the end of the move the workers were losing interest with my move and just wanted to get it over with and on with their evening. Since the move was not a complete house there was some confusion as to what was to be taken, but all in all it was a good experience.

Moving is never fun. But Two Men and a Truck make it so easy. Great Moving company. Would recommend to all looking for a great mover.

The moving team was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. I will always recommend Two Men and a Truck

Very professional and fast!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

The guys we had did an awesome job! We had several hurdles to jump and they navigated right thru them. We moved from the 8th floor and had to deal with crowded elevators on the move out. On the move in we had to deal with loading dock issues. Still wound up completing the move in rapid time.
