The movers were great; nothing negative to say about them at all.
The office staff, however, is a completely different story; rude, insulting, not willing to take ownership of damaged items and damage to my house. I’ve used Two Men and a Truck in the past for various moves and had great experiences. However, this experience with the location/management in Erlanger, KY is enough to prevent me from using them again.

The guys did a wonderful job of moving all the items with care.

We had much more furniture than they expected and they worked hard to get it done.

Overall I was satisfied with the service the movers who moved. I think towards the end of the move the workers were losing interest with my move and just wanted to get it over with and on with their evening. Since the move was not a complete house there was some confusion as to what was to be taken, but all in all it was a good experience.
