I asked for 3 guys to help the move. Two men showed up, only one worked. The truck went back to the office and I had no idea where the truck with my belongings were for two hours, until I called the office. Manager came and apologized and sent an extra person, but my things were still at the first location! I ended up having other people finish the job! I’ll never work with this company again.

They arrived on time. Introduced themselves and were very polite.
We took a tour of the house for the items to be moved. They started working right away. They took care to protect items. After loading we headed to drop off stop. The truck broke down but they arrived to unload with a smile.
They were the most upbeat guys we have ever met.
I would recommend Two Men And A Truck all day long.

James and Zack were amazing! They didn't stop the whole time, despite the rain. And they didn't get annoyed with all my tears.

Overall our movers were helpful and polite, but were not careful with our property. This lead to two pieces of damaged furniture. After hearing such wonderful things about this service, I was disappointed with the care of property & the experience in general.

The entire crew was wonderful. There was a last-minute change in plans and the office kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening. There were no surprises and everything that I was told would be done was done to my satisfaction. Overall would totally recommend and already have.

Communication was the only dissatisfying aspect of my dealings with your company. My window was between 1:00 and 5:00 and they arrived at 6:30. There was no phone call from the office advising me of the late arrival nor was there a pre-arrival phone call. I had to coordinate with my painter this move which on a Friday afternoon the lack of communication made it very difficult.
I also left a message for the manager on duty around 6:00 and never heard back. The movers were friendly and very helpful and I appreciated that.

all staff were exemplary. The movers never stopped for a second & were extremely efficient. I have never seen such hardworking men. The estimator who came to our house was prompt, efficient & friendly.
