The whole experience was excellent from the first phone call to the last box off the truck!
The office staff explained everything and I felt like they listened and understood our needs.
The three movers were polite, neatly dressed, efficient, and took good care of our property.
Five star service!

Our over-all great experience began when we first called the Erlanger, KY location. Every office team member was extremely courteous and thorough in describing their services and pricing. The two moving teams of Cody, James, Zach and Mike showed up on time on moving day and went right to work in getting the two trucks loaded up. They were so efficient that the move was completed ahead of schedule, which resulted in our final bill coming in hundreds below the initial quote. This moving experience was so much more fluid and stress free than our last move that we will definitely use Two Men and A Truck again. Thanks for a great moving experience. Barry and Janet

The guys did a fantastic job. We didn't expect that everything would be wrapped in plastic to secure doors and drawers and prevent scratches. The team was pleasant and easy to work with also. I was really happy that Two Men and a Truck serviced us considering how far out of town we lived.

The guys were great. I had a lot of stuff but they were done in about six hours. They were very fast. I will use them again for a future in house move. I definitely highly recommend them.

Pierre was very professional, polite and hard working. His partner complained about how heavy the furniture was, and said that he was hoping that he didn't have to use stairs. The furniture was moved out of my home problem-free. When it was moved to the recipient's home, it was dragged across the hardwood floor damaging it. Then, a huge hole was left in a wall and the movers did not disclose that they had caused this damage. They tried to leave without letting us know what they had done. A damage report was filed, but I did not receive a follow-up call until 10 days after the move. That length of time is completely unacceptable. The appointment scheduled to make the repairs is 3 weeks following the move. Again, that delay is completely unacceptable. An overall poor experience.

The two young men were very professional and friendly. They were a breath of fresh air.

Once again Two Men did a great job for us. I Used you in Ohio in 2006. My daughter has used you for office moves also. Rico and Dave were very nice and organized. Always recommend Two Men to others.
