I honestly thought things were going well for a bit. It was after I was repeatedly asked if I wanted certain items moved that I became weary. I pointed out from the beginning what was NOT to be moved which meant EVERYTHING else needed packed. I was going to let that slide.

When I returned to my dad’s former apt to clean up, I found cabinets, drawers, and closets full of belongings left behind. I was furious and why it has taken me so long to offer a review. I was courteous to your employees and tipped well, yet they left me in a very difficult situation. I was moving my elderly father into a group home by myself on a very tight schedule as I’d flown in from out of town. I was left to pack and haul items in my tiny rental car myself, a service which I paid you for. Disappointed customer.

We had an excellent experience with your company and very impressed with the three gentlemen who helped us move (Mr. Meier, Marsh, and Blackburn). They were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. Would definitely hire again! Thank you!
