The six young men worked extremely hard on a very hot day. They also maintained a very friendly and cooperative attitude throughout the 12 hours it took to complete. However, I have a few issues. Most importantly, I feel that you lowballed the estimate to get the job. You missed it by over a third. Also, we are still finding boxes in the basement clearly marked with large white labels stating "1st Floor." We are old, and they are heavy. Finally, just after the men left, we found that the lower lever sliding door was off the track. That cost me $100 to have Pella come out and fix.

Our movers worked very hard as we had some heavy and awkward to move furniture. They were very careful, wrapped everything, and were always courteous even when I needed to have them move something to center it on a wall. They worked hard for 10 hours loading and unloading the furniture. I did have one dining room chair that broke but is very fixable and awaiting a decision as to whether it will be repaired. All in all I was very happy with our movers.

My moving team was professional, but personable. They moved my items like they were moving their own. Great attitudes and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that needs to move.

I thought I had reserved a truck but was told later I did not have a reservation because I did not put down a deposit. I don't think they informed me of this step when I first called so this was annoying.
The moving team was great, I hope to use them again in a couple of months.

Very prompt and courteous and professional and careful to do a great job. Have used company several times for several moves and never any problems. I always recommend them to all my friends and associates.

We had to move items from two local locations to a single address. This was handled promptly. There was no attempt to extend amount of time of the move as I have experienced in the past. Both men were courteous and did everything we asked without any question.

I had several pieces of crystal broken, things I can not replace. The items were wrapped in moving paper and the box had fragile written on the box. I paid for insurance in case this would happen. I called TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and they told me unless they pack the box they are not responsible! I would not recommend them. BUYER BE WARE. THEY DO NOT CARE.

James and Zach were extraordinary! They were very competent, helpful and kind!
