Everything was great except one thing that really bothered me. I received a call from Sean at 3:13 p.m., which I have a call log showing, explaining that they were just leaving the shop and on their way to my Move From location. The move was completed at 5:05 p.m. Sean charged me for 2.75 hours and told him it was less than 2 hours based on when he called. He made excuses that didn’t make sense and became defensive, then he changed the time to 2.5 hours. He also didn’t take off the $100 deposit at first and had to call the shop to correct. So, I felt like I was cheated out of money.

the team was great, it was very hot, but they powered through and got the whole move done in 5.25 hours, which was right at my goal time for the move! Price was high compared to other companies, but availability was the issue, so I went with Two men and a truck. The three men team though were awesome.

Jenna was very professional. It was very refreshing to get friendly customer service. You don't find that these days. Pierre and Jordan were great. Very personable, yet professional.

I think the team did a great job but could have done a little better job on wrapping one piece of furniture. There were just a few relatively minor scratches on one item. We were generally very satisfied with the move.
