So grateful for a pleasant experience at a tough time. My mom died and in the effort to clear out her spot I rescheduled like three times! The office staff was kind and professional with every call. BUT, the staff who did the actual move!! The professionalism, the kindness, the efficiency with which they carried out the assignment is to be commended. Add to that - gentle and respectful! GRATEFUL!!

I had a good team except they gave the new guy my 200 year old safe and he dropped it off the dolly going up the ramp. All 3 guys should have been on the safe. It was dropped and scratched and I was clearly upset and he didn't bother to fill out a damage report.

The men who showed up to help move a piece of furniture the last movers were not able to get on their own up our staircase were exceptional. They got here early, got the job done quickly, and were very professional. They maneuvered an incredibly heavy and bulky armoire up a set of stairs and that turn with very little room and they gave me full confidence that it would be done well, and it was.
