Coleman, the head of our team in Louisville, KY was outstanding. He worked great with his team and managed the people in a very positive, encouraging way. The rest of the team were great as well. They all worked hard, were more then friendly, very respectful and so accommodating to all our requests. All went above and beyond what was required.

Are movers, Sean and Q, Quinton(?), were absolutely fabulous. These two gentlemen were the most professional, polite and considerate individuals we have worked with. They exemplify what it means to be dedicated to providing the best customer service experience. They truly went over and above our expectations! Additionally, office staff that we worked with were very professional and accommodating.

Our move out team was INCREDIBLE! Very responsive, very kind and very quick. Everything arrived perfectly, no scratches/dents or broken glass. I’m very impressed!

Great service! They were friendly, on time, efficient, and careful with the items.

They placed my winter coats in a garment box with no hanger then tossed heavy objects on top of them. They’re so wrinkled I’ll have to pay a dry cleaner. One coat is leather so requires special treatment. Broken antique compote over 100 years old. Still looking for my MAC laptop.

The guys were great and were able to adapt to a need to drop at 2 close locations. They were careful of the articles and the structures.
I had a couple of big and heavy objects that they were able to get out of one location and in to the other with out damage.
