The experience was amazing and as painless as possible. Office team got everything scheduled without a problem and the moving team was very friendly and courteous. They performed walkthroughs and asked for directions on every piece of furniture. When needing to bring the couch in, they walked around the entire complex to bring it to the larger door in the back. Greatly appreciate their kindness.

They were there helping in ways that truly blessed me.

My moving time was changed and there was some miscommunication as to the time to meet at the storage unit. I didn’t realize there was a “window” of two hours and waited more than 30 minutes before calling the office. After a couple of phone calls, the manager got back to me and sent another crew to accommodate me sooner. This crew had two extra guys to help move at no extra charge.

Very happy with the team of movers you sent to our house. Ray and his team worked very well together and took exceptional care not to damage the house or our furniture.

I think you charge too much per hour. I paid $1000 for a move and I still had to borrow two pickup trucks to finish the move because your fee was too much. It took me an additional two days to complete. Your office staff quotes on the phone did not match what the actual bill was. When I questioned the quote it was stated that it was an estimate and would not be that much.

Rayna, we are sorry that your move did not go as planned. According to our system, your total the day of your move was within your estimated cost from our office. We feel our prices are competitive with other moving companies. Please note that our hourly rate includes taxes, fees, travel charges, and complimentary pad and wrap of your items. The only additional charge would be for our protection plan. Otherwise, we have no hidden fees on the day of the move.
