Overall a great experience. The movers were very, good, fast, nice, helpful, and seemed safe and trustworthy-which is most important. While office staff was nice and courteous, however, there may be room improvement in the scheduling. Our move was scheduled for 1:30 PM, I was running a little behind and had some errands to run so I called to see how the movers schedule was going--whether they were running early, on time or, a little late for the time window of 1:30 to 3:30. The lady did not know and I asked to see if she could check, this was about 12:00 pm. As far she never called back, then the movers call about 12:40 to let me know they would be there a little early. They arrived at around 1:15, and I did not get there till about 1:25. I think texting time updates may be helpful.

Moving crew showed up on time, were very courteous and respectful.

Movers were young, and inexperienced. One of the movers tried to flirt with my daughter. Multiple pieces of furniture was damaged due to carelessness. Moviers lost several bolts to bed and dresser mirror. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

The two boys/men were very professional, kind, had excellent attitudes considering our situation of the tornado and no electricity. I would have been lost without the two guys that were on my job!

The 2 movers, Tyler and Eric, were very courteous, worked fast, efficiently, on packing up the truck and unloading in another state the same day.
