I have ask someone to call me back about my recliners. The mover place them on his head and carry them in which he was soaked with sweat. Now my recliners are stained with the grease from his head. If someone does not returned my call i will put this on facebook of pictures with how my furniture was treated by two men in a truck. I have left several message no return call.

During the loading from old address, Christian was great; Jordan was not so great..too much talking and carried small loads, taking longer than necessary. I have had a chance to see furniture that was moved; several pieces scratched and knicked, washer has small dent in it. I have used you to move before, and was quite pleased, but not this time. Had to pay more than quoted because it took longer than expected, which I think was because Christian did not really receive the help he needed from Jordan when loading. Had further to carry furniture while unloading, yet took less time to unload because Jordan stepped up his game.

Movers did an overall good job, but struggled with my refrigerator. Caused damage to my new front door while trying to bring fridge in. Damage should have been avoided if they had a tape measure as they would have seen fridge wouldn't fit without removing handles. Instead of just removing handles, they removed doors, which didn't work. This wasted time that I was charged for. I eventually had to remove the handles for them.

Worst moving experience ever. Several antique pieces damaged and one destroyed. Absolutely shockingly horrible experience.

The driver was great had no problem with him except for the fact that he forgot to secure my head board and it got damaged some in the move. The helper had no initiative to help with arranging the truck and was told multiple times by the driver to move stuff. Price vs service will not use again

the moving team struggled to finish the job They clearly wanted to be done. I ended up with my queen mattress and box spring on the 3rd floor (where it was supposed to be) while he frame, headboard & footboard were in the basement. I believe those items as well as other items were placed in the basement because it was the easiest place to put them. not to mention the really big scar on my wall, not their best effort

I called and scheduled a pick up with 3 stops and detailed all of the furniture I wanted moved and added 20 boxes that we didn't end up having the movers move. When the truck got there, they said that all of our furniture would not fit. The time ran over by 2 hours 30% of the original estimated time and we completely cut out the stop that was the furthest away. We had furniture and walls damaged, but it was fixed quickly and pretty well. I don't know if there was a huge error with the estimation or that the movers were not the best, but something is obviously wrong and needs to be fixed.

Your rep came to our home, saw every bit of furniture, artwork & boxed items that we were moving and still grossly underquoted our bid, only to surprise us mid-move with a price increase. This move should have taken 2 days; you quoted 8 hours that actually turned into 13. Two trucks instead of 3, which meant that 2 tvs, the large piece of artwork and 2 heavy mirrors were left behind. Our dining room table was damaged. The next day when we called to see when the remaining items would be moved, you did not return the call. That is pathetic service from your administrative staff. The moving staff was very good; they were hampered by the lack of truck space and the long day. You did accept blame for the misquote/rescinded the charges. But items were left behind for us to move.Not professional

Damage to my couch because the stood it on end in the truck and the fabric was damaged. I had to ask them to place a blanket on the floor of the truck if they were going to transport in that position. I plan to file damage claim.

Horrible management. Got hung up on when speaking to a so called manager regarding incorrect billing. Will never use this company again and will report them to BBB
