My movers had an issue with another moving company blocking the entryway to my apartment. I was the one to have to ask the other movers to move their vehicle. My boxes that were labeled fragile or glass were not handled with care. Many of them were upside down and on the bottom. I had a lot of broken glass when I opened these boxes. They took an hour or so for lunch and I believe that was calculated into my bill. They loaded everything on a dolly and never communicated to each other for help with our big items. 3 book shelves were broken because they were loaded on a dolly instead of carried.

I had requested a wardrobe and was confirmed the morning of moving it was avaailable,. However, the movers said they did not get that message. It ended up costing me extra personal time. I also felt the movers should have followed osha standards...making sure paths were clear..my cabinet was dropped and some of the walls slightly marred. However, over all, they wirked hard to get my things moved. They were nice young men.

Movers tore up walls and wood door frames which had just been built and finished week before . Piled heavy boxes on light ones . Truck arrives too small and was still too small not all property was taken. Beat up door jam and scratched hard wood floor. Scooting not lifting furniture these two were unskilled and although nice and courteous were not good movers

The 2 young men were polite, arrived on time, worked very hard and were careful with my furniture! I was very pleased with my experience!

We were satisfied with the move at first but when going forward we found several issues we are not happy about. Some furniture wasn't put back together, a drawer to a bed can't be put back together and we are missing the items we need to put another bed together. These are the items we are not happy about and we realize we should have called before now, but we are just now getting things together.

Part of my kitchen table was damaged in the move. The moving team took it with them said I would hear from someone about it in a day or two and haven’t over a week later. Two times spoke with the office last thing they said is someone will call Tuesday. Not happy at all!

I hired you because I wanted to give you one more shot at winning me over. It was a failure. my furniture was broken, large chunks taken out of my dinning room chairs and scratches on my new hardwood floor. We discovered bleach and cleaning supplies in the same box as toothbrushes, towels and other clothes. Some breakable items were placed in boxes without being wrapped up. blankets weren't used on wood furniture (tables and chairs). nothing was laid down on the floor or over the door frames while moving into the house so there are scratches. I still haven't had someone reach back out to me to repair the dresser bottom that was completely broken. Since I value family & friendships, I can't recommend Two Men and a Truck for others moving.

On the negative side, the wall and rail going down to the lower level were damaged . This was documented but I have not had a call about the problem. The screws in my bed were pulled out of the wood instead of being unscrewed so it damaged the bed, the middle frame on bottom of the recliner sofa was broken, and the work crew was slow moving. On the positive side, most of the furniture was undamaged and the workers were very polite, helpful, and friendly.

Other than finding a few things jostled and/or broken, I was generally satisfied. Unsatisfied with that, and very satisfied otherwise. If I were physically capable, I would have watched closer.
