They called when on the way. They were clean, well mannered and ready to work. Everything was explained to us prior to starting. They wrapped all of our furniture in clean blankets to protect our valuables. They started on time and finished on time. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a mover.

Packing service was terrible. Huge waste of money. Company sent two very polite, great young men, but they were not at all properly trained. Movers, however, were awesome!! Worked super hard all day, very polite, very strong, careful...can't say enough good things about them. Using the packing service, however, was awful. $220 an hour and I packed three boxes for every one they did. Great young men, but no training and needed directions.

Our family hired TMAT out of Louisville to move furniture from our deceased parents' house, which we are selling, to various siblings' houses and a storage unit.

It was an emotional process with major challenges getting some big pieces out. Plus, it was a HOT day.

Our two movers were EXTRAORDINARY: calm, patient, good communicators with us and each other. We threw a lot at them, and they handled it all thoroughly, safely and with proper regard for our belongings. We were highly impressed by their knowledge, skills, demeanor and creativity.

I would trust these two men to do anything we needed done. We would definitely hire them again (and ask for them by name). We could not have asked for a better moving experience. I learned a lot just watching them work! — Cary/Southern Indiana area

1.5 hours late. Driver was rude. Manager said he would work on my bill due to inconvenience. My bill was exactly what I was quoted, 270.00. Manager did nothing. Contacted home office, they said they would reach out to local brancg manager and would call me back. Not a peep. Stay very far away from this company!!!!

When we have a customer who needs more help from us than originally estimated, we stay as long as needed to get them taken care of. In your case, our manager agreed that the additional 90 minutes we needed to help out the customer scheduled before you pushed our crew into rush hour for the drive between your two locations. Was too slow, picked up speed at 3 pm. Was stuffing things in at last minute, worried about breakage. Was late getting out because of repacking stuff. We were exhausted after they left. Had to pay for extra 2 hours that shouldn't have been necessary.
