The guys were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. They even called their manager to help them take the doors off of my fridge, for fear of messing something up, and removed the wait time from my final bill. Pricing was great! I would recommend this company to any of my family/friends.

Aaron, Tyler, and John arrived at my house promptly at 8 am and after a brief walk-through began loading my belongings into the truck. They were respectful, courteous, and very professional. They had the entire household and storage shed loaded into the truck in less than 3 hours. They covered the carpet in the new house with plastic protectors and unloaded the truck in 2.5 hours. They also helped set up the beds, arranged the living room furniture according to my directions. They were open to my changing my mind many times. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone needing to move with the least amount of stress. Thank you.

I told the person I spoke with I had an entertainment center that needed to be moved to the second floor. Where the 2 men sent to do the job were very polite, it was a difficult job for them. I think a stronger team should have been assigned. Again the 2 young men were good and polite
, took care to make sure no damage occurred, but it was a difficult job for the.

The crew was running slightly behind schedule, but I was able to actually utilize the time delay to accomplish various undone errands such that it actually ended up saving me overall time and trouble; so it became a spontaneous win-win for the crew and for me. One cannot always anticipate traffic and preparation time / transit and delivery time, particularly when you are the next customer on a list, and I do truly understand this point. The crew was cheerful and efficient.

The office staff was awesome. I spoke with both Cheryl and Sarah. They made confirmation calls and progress calls, and satisfaction calls. The team of movers were so courteous, and never forgot to use their manners. They hustled the entire day, even though it was freezing cold. They always asked if they were unsure of something, and seemed to get along well and worked as a team.

We were happy with the service throughout our moving experience. Will and Nate were thoughfull kind and appreciative to everything we offered them. Treated our furniture and belongings as if they were their own. Good crew worked hard. Bev and Lee

Michael and Steven were the most professional and sweetest young men. We moved the day it snowed here in louisville. Attitudes were still positive and polite they salted and shoveled so they could move everything. Swept up the walk ways and inside areas after the move at the apartment complex. And it was very cold no complaints from them. Awesome experience will use again and I hope they are still there so I could request them thank you.

William and Austin were amazing! They took great care of my furniture, and they were very kind and helpful. (although it was around 9 degree weather. )
