Movers were very professional and courteous. I did feel that wrapping every piece of furniture used up a lot of time. My furniture was mostly older and really didn’t need the extra care. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The moving company sent my info to the wrong email address, so I did not know about their policy upfront. I was unaware they had an hour to arrive at the pick up place since I did not receive the initial info. They brought no tools to take bed apart/mirror. It was a half-hour before they even got started. Paper/work, adjusting blankets on truck, etc. They were disrespectful for my floors/walls, hardwood steps & railing. One of the movers was probably 160 lbs and was not physically able to carry a couple of pieces of furniture. This was the first time I have seen movers slide furniture down steps on blankets as well as slide furniture on hardwood floors. Damage to floors/walls was unacceptable. I will not recommend this moving company whose slogan is "Movers Who Care" to other clients

Staff extremely including helping adjust what I'm moving in order to reduce cost. The young men that helped pack and will be the movers are very courteous, responsive and respectful.

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our moving day experience. Really enjoyed working with Quinten and Josh who were very nice and professional but also made what could have been a miserable day of moving into an enjoyable experience. Our move ended up being larger than what was expected and they were more than accommodating!! They had to push back the other move they had scheduled for later in the day and they never made us feel guilty or rushed. We would use your company again no question! Thanks for hiring such good employees as they really impressed us! I want to add that it was not easy getting such a big truck to line up with our storage facility of choice and the driver (I believe it was Quinten) was not backing down from this challenge. Once again, we were very impressed.

Overall I wasn’t happy with the company the packers put dirty clothes on top of our clean clothing they threw trash in the packing as well, not impressed with the packers. The movers didn’t put things where they should have gone and the boxes clearly stated where things needed to go because they were marked what goes where, I would not recommend this moving company to anyone else. The guys had great attitudes but that’s all I can say about that. I’m glad we aren’t moving again.
