Moving team was very careful, thoughtful, and polite. Items were well packed and secured in the truck. Arrival time was as expected. One thing they might have done, though is put a protective runner over the carpet.

Office team underestimated the difficulty of the move - more manpower was needed. Movers were so tired that they had difficulty controlling the large furniture & damaged the wall & doorframe. Drivers did not move all the wall art saying they could not pack it safely. Movers ran out of time & did not reassemble the bed & tables.

Our movers, Ty and Zavion, were so careful with everything, and never slowed down. They finished quickly, and made sure we didn’t forget anything. They were just great.

Incredible Team; Ben and Phil worked together like an expensive "Swiss Watch"; They were both very accommodating, nice. attentive to every detail & were very Professional. They worked very hard (smart) and never took a break! They were a True Team & I truly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond....

The team was communicative prior, during and after the move- pleasant, thorough and professional as well as nice, funny and engaging.
My belongings were treated with care, as were both residences. And I had no concerns about damage to anything.
