Excellent experience overall. Thank you! I called last week Wednesday morning and explained to McKayla my urgency. My Mother had passed Tuesday night. I was in KY from MI, and needed to have her apartment empty on THURSDAY, because I had an obligation in Michigan on Friday. McKayla was empathetic and was able to coordinate a team of two men. Those two men, Zack and Josh, were punctual arriving the next morning and worked diligently the entire day. Outstanding work and positive service all day on Thursday. We (family) packed Wednesday into the night. And then TWO MEN AND A TRUCK did an outstanding job on Thursday! Our family is so very appreciative. THANK YOU!

Anthony - The entire experience was pleasurable from the office being thorough during booking and confirmation to the guys arriving on time and working efficiently. The carefully wrapped fragile items and seemed to care about their work. They reviewed the paperwork and called to confirm the delivery. I will request Marcus and Adam in the future.

The movers were 2 hours late because someone called in. This put our whole day off track. They also brought a new person who seemed to slow down the other two so we ended up having to pay more than expected because the two experienced guys kept having to help the new guy out and fix things he did wrong. It was a frustrating day. The guys were all nice and did the best they could but we feel we should have not have had to pay so much over things that were not our fault

My only problem with the move was that the movers were an hour late to start to work every day they were to work. Other than that, they worked hard on a very hard move. I was pleased with the job they did .

They were kind, professional, knowledgeable and considerate in moving my table in pick-up, traveling and moving it into my home.
