The only issue our business had with this company was that we were charged for boxes that wasn't used.

We’ve hired two men and a truck at least a half dozen times in the ten years we have lived in Lex. This was the best crew...EVER!

The team of three fellows arrived as expected. They moved things well. One fellow seemed less experienced, and he had trouble with moving a chest with the dolly, and he scraped two doors in the process. He was working alone at the time when this occurred. One file cabinet sustained some damage on the bottom edge. Overall, we were happy with the experience, and hopefully the team member mentioned will gain more experience with his techniques.

The movers were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our liking. They moved one room from my parent's house and helped rearrange furniture into the empty room. Great guys that worked hard and quickly.

I was very pleased with the service on a very stressful day. Scott made it very manageable day and went over and beyond to provide excellent service. I have already recommended the service to friends!

They spent 5 hours moving 2 rooms of furniture less than 5 miles. A door was damaged and still have not heard back on when this is getting fixed. Nothing was done to accept 2 men and a truck's responsibility. Just a "Sorry" and this is a learning moment. Will never use you again or recommend to anyone.

The work they did was excellent. But I feel that if they are done in one hour, then you should only pay for that hour. Your minimum time frame is truly unexceptionable, because I know some jobs are bigger. So there should be a maximum instead of a minimum. Because they can go ahead to next job and get started. I did tip them but I regretted it afterwards, because I was charged for two hours. I would use this business again, but I would utilize the whole time, since there is no exceptions to time frame.

Movers first came at end of arrival window. We were worried that we were forgotten. A phone call would have been nice.
Once they arrived hey worked very fast and got the job done in less than the estimated time.

The movers were fabulous! Would highly recommend!
