Following the death of mom, we worked to sort through andamp; clear her apt fairly quickly. When we were ready to move the furniture andamp; larger items, we needed to find a moving service that could assist us as soon as possible. Not only was 2 Men and a Truck available with next day notice, they were available on a Saturday! Thank you for a job well done!

Chris and Bobby were our movers. They are great guys...on time, polite, professional, very careful of our belongings, and efficient! Who could ask for more?! They work together seamlessly! We would use Two Men And A Truck again with no hesitation. And, oh yes, the price was right!!

The team was prompt andamp; courteous. I was still packing various items and they loaded furniture, already packed boxes andamp; totes. The truck left ahead of us and a walk through the house revealed numerous items were not in the truck! For example, a leaf from the dining table, two wall clocks, two boxes of clothing, my portable sewing machine, a small stereo/radio/tape player, three boxes of cookbooks among other items. They did however transport a large clothing box containing 3 BAGS OF GARBAGE! I was in the house but no one inquired if any of these items were to go. Now we have to make a 2nd trip to get these items. We are in our 70's and this added expense and the trip is a gross inconvenience. The company has offered no solution to this issue. WE ARE ANGRY at the poor service we got.

Our records also indicate that an onsite estimate including a visual inspection was declined. Lastly, according to the documents signed by your on-site representative on moving day, it was agreed that all the items to be transported were loaded on the truck and our crew was given the go ahead to proceed to your unload location in Ohio.
