Your service was great, though my brother booked your men. I have no idea what he did or said to Faith, but I do know he had to give your company a credit card number in order to get speedy service from you. I have no idea where my brother found your company, but my guess is that he found you on the internet.

3 men were sent, it was a difficult move. Their attitude was phenomenal! Everything was explained thoroughly and they took utmost care in doing their work. I was very, very pleased. We will use them again for the rest of the move (if they are willing to beat themselves up all over again!)

The 3 men who handled our move were just excellent: Joe, Noah and Jimmy. They were very efficient, polite, friendly and hard working. They took great care to pad our items and prevent damage. We are extremely glad we hired 2 men and a truck.

Thomas' thorough estimate and explanation of services available got this off to a great start. I received the documents by email promptly. On moving day, Jacob and Nicolas arrived on time. They were very professional, very careful with all but especially the antique furniture, floors, door jambs. I was not overly organized, stressed, but had followed instructions about labeling boxes, etc. They were patient and kind. VERY important for movees. They dealt very calmly and appropriately with an unpleasant new neighbor who didn't like the moving truck parked in the street! As if there were anywhere else to park it. They seemed experienced at dealing with cranky people possessive of streets that do not belong to them. Thanks again to Jacob and Nicolas for running it all so smoothly.

Josh and Keenan were excellent. Total price for the move was much higher in the end than the estimate given. Overall I am very satisfied with your service and would recommend to others.

These guys were awesome, fast, courteous, smart and caring all the things that matter when your moving your home. I thought our dog got away from the house and they helped look for her. She was found. I would recommend your company to all that I know and I'm a realtor! Thank you.

I was surprised with all of the extra fees. It was not explained that the time starts when they leave the office and not arrive at my home. There was also gas fees and other fees that were not explained by the office staff. The moving crew were super nice and helpful. You are the only moving company in town and are super expensive. The moving crew is nice that is only why I would use them again.

Movers were professional, courteous and helpful. The entire move was painless and quick. Would use again. Would have liked a little more interaction with the office staff. I had to call and confirm the move was on its way. Never received an email or text to confirm the move until 2 days before the move. I don't need constant reminders but it would have been nice to have a follow up a week or two before the move to ensure everything was good. Could be better with communication.
