The office staff setting up the move was excellent as was the 3 man moving team. The office staff on the day of the move was dreadful. Despite my having given detailed instructions to the office staff when I see up the move, these were not followed. On the day of the move, there was a lot of chaos which would have been completely avoidable had instructions been followed. I was so annoyed that I viewed never to use the company again. Once the truck finally arrived, things went beautifully because the movers were terrific. They changed my mind about using the company in the future, as I also realized the staff when I set up the move was very good. The only problem was the one staff on the day of the move who was completely incompetent.

My only criticism would be that two experienced people should be working with on inexperienced. It makes the process quicker. It's harder for one person with experience still training his 2-man crew and work himself. The estimate that I received was way off. It did
take quite a bit longer than anticipated for whatever reason. And you need to replace your wardrobe boxes, they're junk. Everything fell out. I also think for the price charged, things like the wardrobes should be included in the price. All the extra charges for moving TV and so forth, we just moved ourselves. The crew we had were very friendly, courteous and very professional. They need a raise, but then we all do. Thank you so much and I would use your services again.

We were very satisfied with the company, the three gentlemen who moved our parents furniture and their efficiency and friendliness. We had to add a few items we didn’t think we’d be taking and they were very pleasant and accommodating! We would definitely recommend and use your company again in future moves. Jan

The service was good overall. The 3 movers who came Jacob, Nick and Louis were very professional and worked in a timely manner. I liked that they asked questions about our unique move and cared enough to respect our requests. They were very knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely want them to do my move again. Faith in the office was great, she spent time explaining he different services.

Zack and Brandon were our movers. I had an excellent experience with them. They are courteous, helpful and caring individuals. Their parents raised them right. My mother is 90 years old and the whole move for her was very stressful, Zack & Brandon went beyond the norm to make it less stressful for her. Thanks and you have two great employees there. Carolyn

Movers were professional and careful with my belongings. I would definitely use them again. I did have a mirror get broken during moving. The company had someone pick it up and it's being fixed.

I was very pleased with the movers, they called ahead of time and arrived on time. They took great care in wrapping the furniture and coverd the doorways. They all acted in a professinal manner and was very efficient.
