Very poor communication from the office team to the field team. I told the office team that I had two facilities that needed items moved and only one of those places were done within the 6 hour time frame I was allotted. I also had to go back to my home with 5 other people and vehicles just to continue loading the rest of the contents from my home. I still have a storage unit that has my household items in it. When I contacted the office regarding my dissatisfaction, and because I did pay for the hours the men spent moving some of the items from my home, I was told that you guys did not want to do business with me anymore because I was upset that I still have a storage unit remaining that was untouched. You did not listen to the customer and took your employees word over the people paying.

We were not comfortable doing any more moving services for you after we received a phone call from you. The crew showed up on time and delivered on time. They were very careful with all our contents. hard working bunch. My daughter has used your company in Nashville ,TN to move our grand kids around at college. Would recommend and use 2 Men and a Truck again!!

I thought the price was too high, being billed from the starting point added at least 40 min to the time. The move its self took an hour, so I get the 2 hour minumum, but I was charged for 2.5 hours. Too much money for what we had moved.

We moved on July 5th and our 55” TV screen was damaged. Have not heard back yet on starting a claim.

The movers were very prompt and worked steadily without delay. They were polite young men and talked very professionally and also were dressed professionally. They took care with what they were doing to be sure nothing was damaged. The move was very easy and went without a glitch. I would recommend your company to anyone, thank you!

They handled everything perfectly and were on time. The customer service was knowledgeable and very caring. They made two stop for us, one to storage site and then to the final destination. No dents or damage to anything. Would definitely recommend and ask to help us again.

There was a lot of miscommunication from the office staff. The person that did the initial quote did a great job but after that, no one was clear on payment options, duration of move and how many people where to do the move even though it was quoted the first time. Eventually, it was all sorted out, all items were secured and delivered to the rooms as labelled. The movers had a great attitude and were very understanding of a two year old running around. I will recommend Two men and a truck and will definitely use them again for another move. However, I recommend that the payment options should be clearly explained and the options not used should be removed from the quote.

We had 4 movers due to the weight of the pieces of furniture we own. All 4 of them were personable, courteous and never complained about the task at hand. I would highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck.
