They managed to destroy two antique dresser and one modern end table.

They used wrong size truck took too much time , were training someone on my time, did not wrap my furniture damaged every piece they moved / I had only left them large items and TVs (they made me put my larger tv in my car) to move and it took them way too long to move. They used a dirty Penske truck and got everything dirty due to not covering anything (they did not even use furniture covers) I am still waiting to discuss final bill with manager. He called me 2 days after move to discuss and left me his cell number I called him right back but he did not answer and did not call me back

The estimate I received from the manager was grossly inaccurate which led to more time on the job which led to more cost. Recommend being more thorough and detailed when making site visits to do more accurate (not precise) estimates. My job move was estimated to take 5-7.5 hrs. It took the guys 10.5 hrs to complete the job. Luckily the mover manager was able to provide a reasonable discount to account for the inaccuracy & financial burden.

When I called to schedule the job I told them that I needed a bed moved to storage. I told them we had to saw the boxspring in half then screw gunned it back together.I told the bed was located in a basement with a very narrow staircase. your men arrived on time and were very courteous. When I told them what They had to do to get the bed out of the basementt they said they didn't have any tools and even if they did they are not allowed to take things appart. So the next day I had to pay another handyman to do the job. I feel like should have only payed half what I did because they only did half the job. I think you should credit my debit card back for half. The person who scheduled the job should have said they can not do it, So now I am stuck paying two charges for one job.

They were nice but were not as careful as they could have been with my items. They were rough with some stuff or "man-handled" it and did not strap in items on the dolly, like my washing machine and dryer, and they slipped and one got scratched up.

Arrival time was delayed. Damage report was not followed up on. Technicians were excellent.

All was good except, movers misplaced glass shelves for our crystal cabinet have not yet received them, hoping they will be returned soon they are double strength glass shevels

The movers were hard working, friendly & a pleasure to work with. We really appreciate the excellent job they did. The only mishaps we found was a window screen was torn & a couple door frames were scratched (nothing unexpected). I would recommend, however that the office unlock their doors during regular business hours. When we went there to discuss moving the doors were locked & it was hard to find someone to help us. Overall we were very happy with the service & would use 2 Men & a Truck again.

After a somewhat gut wrenching start, when we were told we would only have one truck, things were solved and we had two trucks. The four movers were very polite and hard-working. Everything was moved with one mishap but considering we had many glass antique showcases and a real wood telephone booth and 8 foot curved glass display cabinet. We have been assured the damadged piece will be repaired. Thank you so much for making our move go well!

I am STILL waiting in the wonder to call me back. Items were damaged, poorly packed in the truck, work was slow and movers weren’t trained.
