I worked with Tina in South Bend and coordinated a 3 move project. She was extremely helpful and highly competent. Phase 1 of this 3 part move is now complete. The movers we worked with were friendly, thorough and professional. So far I am very pleased and really appreciate everyone’s efforts on our behalf!

I am hopeful everything was packed and nothing left behind in my daughter’s dorm room.

The moving team did a nice job. They let us help and offer input. They were respectful of our belongings!

Baker was knowledgeable about and efficient at organizing this move. Both Baker and Kyle took great care to protect my furnishings and personals and got me out and back in within a reasonable timeframe. I was more than pleased. I intended to tip them for the service but was so tired I spaced it. They were the best and I would definitely want them on my next move.

For starters, my movers were not wearing masks, which I thought was surprising given everything going on. That should have been my first signal. They were nice, but they seemed to be more concerned with speed than taking care of the furniture they were moving. I was told they were going to wrap and protect furniture, but they did none of that (other than the mattress, which I paid for).

Very easy to deal with, both office staff and movers. I was very pleased with the entire process and would happily recommend to any and all.

Overall quality experience. Moving team actually hauled away a big item that I needed removed and they were on time and professional.

All Aces in my book! Staff was very informative and knowledgeable. The movers were prompt (early), polite and hard working. They took the extra care I expected. Very efficient and quick. Very pleased!
