The time for my move exceeded 4 1/3 hours over my estimate. In addition, The team damaged 6 items during the move. After sending photos and emailing Keith at the local office twice, I had to follow up with a phone call 6 days after the move. Keith had excuses as to why he had not responded to my emails or called back and indicated that he will call on Monday.

MISTY
This move was ridiculous, first of all the 2 movers needed to borrow tools from me to be able to disassemble the bed and other items. they told me that the company does not provide them such tools. the bed that was disassembled at one property and moved to the other was not even put together properly. all of the bolts were very loose and not even tightened, the four post that support the wooden slats under the mattress were just laying on the ground not even attached and the wooden slats were not even screwed into the the bed frame. It took me 1/2 hour to secure the bed properly. I have pictures if you would like to see them. The driver also lost his keys to the truck and took 45 minutes to find them delaying the entire move. I would like 1/2 hour of labor credited back to me.

The crew was very polite and they were all very hard workers. Their truck got hopelessly stuck in our driveway but the guys never missed a beat. They carried our furniture up to the house! They finished in less time than quoted.

I asked for two big guys to carry two cabinets down to the basement..about a ten-20 minute job. 2 men said they had the two perfect guys. The first crew said the job was custom made for two big guys they named and left. I asked again for the 2 big guys. This time they sent 3 guys. Two guys about my size and another to handle paperwork. Still no 2 big guys they also mentioned. This crew was strong and completed the work. I never saw the 2 big guys I requested. There really should be a 1/2 to 1 hour rate as it cost me $200.00 for about 20 minutes work. The minimum 2 hour charge is excessive in my view. Otherwise everyone was pleasant and professional.
The furniture is finally where it belongs so in the end all is well.

My rating is based upon the first set of men who were sent to my apartment. Two of the men were unprofessional and inappropriate. A new crew were sent out and they really were much better and professional. An end table was broken through the moving process and a jewelry case was jarred and not working correctly now. I think the first two guys moved those items. It was an experience to say the least.......
