I was pleased that the company was willing do service a very small move in a short notice for a very good price and with great service.

The company has people working for them that are professional & understanding. Moving is hard & they know how to take some of your stress away just by being timely & the attitude we can do that. Positivity, helpful timely respectful hard workers!!! Thank you!

All the guys were nice and made sure everything was made clear on what they were doing.

I was disappointed that four items (3 mugs, 2 plates) were broken in two different boxes. The items were individually wrapped and the boxes were marked "fragile". A small tapestry covered Route 66 suitcase came up missing, somewhere during the moving experience; makes me wonder. You may be the best in the business, but another time I would check some other companies and compare.

Every aspect of my experience with this TMAAT was exceptional. I have used the company with a different franchise and was not all that satisfied with the other one. But the Roseland, Indiana franchise was great. The office staff communicated well and were patient in waiting for my late deposit. The "two men" were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond in making sure my furniture was protected from bumps and bruises. The office sent someone out during packing up to make sure everything was going well, and a follow up phone call after my move was complete to check in again. Very impressive by everyone involved. Job well done.

I was very happy with all aspects of the move, except when one of the guys dropped his drill and punched a small hole in my brand new vinyl flooring in the kitchen. It was reported and I did receive a voicemail, but I have not yet had the opportunity to call to call back, but I will.

We were overall pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The movers were professional, courteous and showed care for our belongings. We would have no problem with using them again or recommending them. That said, we did have some minor issues with damage. An antique barrister's bookcase suffered broken glass on one of the pieces. Two Men and a Truck agreed to reimburse for repairs when we have it repaired. Our clothes dryer no longer heats and we are in process of repairing. It looks like there was minor cosmetic damage on both the washer and dryer. I have yet to talk to our agent about the dryer but will once we receive a bill. I feel confident that Two Men and Truck will make things right. We were also pleased that what we paid for the move was approximately 20% below the estimate!
