The crew did well for the most part considering there was more to move than planned. We did request the keep boxes grouped together because everything we had packed was labeled but that did not happen. That is the only complaint. They were professional with great attitudes and I believe they did their best. Thank you.

The only complaint I have is that they broke my wooden file cabinet. I plan on taking a picture and will email it to Melissa in South Bend, IN. I would like to replace it.

I had initially planned to book you guys, but when another company quoted me lower, I informed you of me choosing someone else. Undeterred, you guys responded with a lower amount to keep my business! It was a relief since the move was due to my spouse getting laid off. Your reputation of good work and having liability sold me the second you guys countered and worked with our pricing the best you could. Not only that, you completed the move in almost half the time quoted, saving us even more money! The guys were funny, friendly and SPRY! We couldn't have asked for a smoother transition.
