The movers and office staff were just awesome. Movers were timely, courteous, respectful and engaging.

Overall the crew worked very hard. However we feel that the 3 of them together were too young for one of them to take charge. The standard answer to problems was to call their supervisor. We were not 100% ready and they wanted to leave. They could not get the couch up from the basement and damaged the wall in the process. When boxes were being brought in to the new home, they wanted to leave them in the living room. I had to ask if I could sort them to have them moved to the correct rooms. All boxes were marked with room names. They also did nothing to protect the hard wood floors or carpet in our new home. The hardwood is fine, however the carpet in our dining room is dirty from all the trips over it. They had just been cleaned 2 days prior and will need to be redone in this area.

This was a difficult job, as it was a full home full of belongings, with trailer parking on the street. Initial team was 4 men and a truck. To be honest, 2 of the 4 were slow and obviously tired from a prior move that morning. They were getting little done. After consultations with the SB office, 5 more men were sent adding to the crew. This group included their manager, and the move greatly picked up life with their arrival. The new group was much more hard working than the initial. However this addition more than doubled the price of the move. They all were dressed neatly, and were very polite, but it just seems like a good leader is needed to make the team successful. Am not sure about future use and recommendations.

So impressed! Miserably hot day and yet they took no break, except for water, until the truck was loaded! Very careful and courteous calling me sir until I asked them to be less formal! They are as careful at wrapping antiques as they are wrapping mundane items. This is our second experience with TMT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Rex

From my initial contact with the office staff to the team that packed. loaded and unloaded our stuff, the whole process and expertise were wonderful. Even though it was a hot and muggy day the moving team kept at it and finished quicker than expected and always showed a good positive attitude. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again.

We used Two Men because we liked the policy of having the same team load, drive, and unload the truck. It seemed like a safer practice. This really paid off as the team unloaded the truck and remembered which items were particularly fragile, etc. We did have some minor damage to a few things (a few “dings”), but nothing major like friends have reported with other companies. And every single piece ended up in the correct location.

They were fast and professional. They did not waste any time whatsoever (which is something I worry about) and their charges were good. Thanks guys!

The entire crew was friendly and worked together as a team.

Everything went mostly smoothly, though there was some minor damages. The movers themselves were great, and I felt they were personable and funny.

Carter and TJ's attitude and work ethic was fantastic in extreme heat and humidity. The follow up by the office was unexpected but welcome.
