Moving team arrived around 3:15pm. After going over moving details they got to work moving out my household items to the garage.
They very careful with all items light or heavy. They place all furniture exactly like I wanted.

I was very disappointed with the moving team. They took their time (and not in a good way). They did not wrap my antique bed frames even though I specifically requested so. They brought a headboard on the truck that was not supposed to be moved--I then was responsible for getting it back to the original location. They flipped, turned, and dropped several boxes with fragile material inside. After the estimated time it would take had passed, I began helping--once they saw a woman moving boxes and furniture faster than them, they picked up the pace. A pregnant woman should not be able to--nor have to--work faster than two young men. I ended up paying nearly twice the estimated cost. Despite having a wonderful prior experience with Two Men and a Truck, I can't imagine I will use them again.

They were over an hour late without calling. Never mentioned that the time is a estimate. Never explained that they could not move open boxes.
Were not able to get couch in the house - family was able to move it with no problem next day.
In addition to the expense of two men and truck, I had to rent a truck twice after in order to move all.
Do not think it was worth the money.

Moved my daughter from South Bend, Indiana to Manhattan. Initial price was a bit high but Two Men were the only company that would guarantee the date of pick up and delivery. Jeremy and Melissa were very helpful in getting everything set up. They even called me back when another student in the area needed movers around the same time and arranged to move both students together at a reduced rate. My movers, Matt and Matt, were super nice and polite. Even though they had never been to NYC, they did a great job handling the traffic and the furniture, which made the trip in great condition. I would definitely recommend Two Men and will use them again.
