The men that moved us into our house had great, positive attitudes. They laughed and joked while they labored for 12 hours! They introduced themselves to me and were very friendly. I felt like they cared for my belongings. They worked extremely hard in hot, rainy conditions, yet they’re positive attitude remained through the entire work day.

The service was great,what was not explained was a flat fee. I was told the charge was $125 an hour but turns out a flat rate is involved moving between states (but knowing is half the battle so now I know).

I used Two Men & a Truck for my last local move and used them again for this one. I really liked the office staff. They were courteous and friendly. The movers were also very nice. They arrived promptly, moved my things with care, and were done in less time than anticipated.
My things were moved to a storage unit. The mowers were very considerate. They made sure that the items were placed in the unit to my satisfaction.

AFTER I paid the deposit, I was informed the process that changed.
The movers were supposed to be trained. They were not. First words from the movers, "You have a lot of boxes". The list I shared was correct, the movers failed to read the forms. Second words were instructions on how to tip them. I paid each $15 dollars for lunch, total of $60 and then tipped each an additional $20. So far I have found 4 things broken from the move, 1. a lamp, not repairable, 2. jewelry cabinet, unknown if repairable, 3. hold in leather sofa (most serious!), 4. Set of drawers, wheels removed. Unknown if replacement wheels are available. This is the list so far!

I haven’t received my information regarding my stored inventory. I haven’t received a final bill for the move. There was not enough room in the truck to take everything and I was not contacted as to when they can complete my move. Joan
