My entire experience was phenomenal. My three movers were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. I have already rescheduled them to do more work for me. You are so lucky to have Kali, Matt, and Jovan. They worked so hard. They made the move pleasant. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. I have requested they do more work for me next month. Excellent move. The office staff-Melissa and Jeremy were great too. Thank you so much. They worked in 90 degree weather and never complained. They restored my faith in the work ethic of today’s young people!! The movers worked hard to figure out how to get stuff where we wanted it even when they hit opsticals. Minor damage to wall and floors.

Was upset when supervisor told me that I was going to be charged for 3 men because they brought him with them. I strongly voiced my dissatisfaction with that statement. My agreement was for 2 men and that is was I prepaid for. So after he had a phone conversation with his supervisor they agreed that I was not gonna be charged for the 3rd person. I also was not kept updated on time of arrival. After several phone calls to their office and cell phones (which 2 messages were left) no return call for over 3 hours. UNACCEPTABLE

It took 10-1/2 hours for two snails and a truck to move me (one person) from a house to another house. They were slow and talked to neighbors a lot. They were very friendly and the price they told me is not what was charged to my credit card. I am overall disappointed and have left 3 messages for a manager to call me and no one has called me back. I believe the company needs customer service schooling as it is very poor.

They broke a leg on an antique table. It was obviously an accident.

Drivers were professional and polite. They admitted that the move required two deliveries because they loaded the first truck incorrectly. This error was very expensive for me and a disappointment.

I overestimated the amount of items I needed to move, so at first I was shocked at the price quoted. But as the driver stated, I would only be charged hourly, and with not having that large of a move, I was totally satisfied with the end price. The 'two men' were professional, but also personable. I couldn't have asked for a better situation.

I had 4 men and 2 trucks. These guys were very professional but also had great senses of humor. This team showed great teamwork and camaraderie. They worked hard and as stressful as moving is, they made it a pleasant experience.
