The movers who moved my client on January 9, 2019 to Hannah and Friends were exceptionally professional. They went out of their way to help us, the weather was bad but they kept a positive attitude and were very friendly.

My need was very last minute. My schedule and service needs were met easily. When bad weather delayed our arrival from out of state by a few hours, we were met with flexibility and further accommodation. The guys were fun, smart about solving some logidtical challenges while placing furniture and nothing was damaged. I’m hiring them back next week when we arrive with the balance of our 3500 sf move including outdoor structures.

Tyler and Tony were excellent and worked in the rain all day, wrapped all my furniture so it wouldn't get wet and never complained.

The two young men who did the move were very professional, polite and efficient.

The actual movers were very courteous and careful of my belongings. The actual staff in the office are completely incompetent. I utilized the storage unit and was quoted a different price that was deducted from by checking account. Manager Frank made multiple promises to rectify the problem but after 3 weeks, and missing an appt to meet with me, handed a marketing employee by the name of Melissa cash to refund me. At that time I had updated my debit card info to her but was never charged. I AGAIN came in to speak to someone about it and was never resolved. Multiple messages left with Frank to resolve. NEVER returned calls. Time came to move and was unable per Jeremy d/t outstanding bill $330 1 week prior to Xmas. I will NEVER recommend this SOUTH BEND Main St company to my worst enemy.

The two young men who helped me were incredible. Super nice and concerned with the care of my furniture.
