The movers did not take necessary care to protect items (only 2). Damage could have been easily avoided with proper prep-work and preparing/wrapping/cushioning items. Careless. Unprofessional attitude and did not seem to take job seriously at all. As a result I have a couch that is damaged. There were situations where damage easily could be avoided (use door stop to keep door from hitting uncovered/unwrapped table) but they never did. I had to look after them. One even dropped the couch. It was a joke.

Several friends and neighbors, including my realtor, recommended your services, and you did not disappoint! I appreciated the communication from the office staff and the phone calls to confirm our schedule. The movers treated myself and my belongings with respect and professional courtesy. I was particularly pleased with the care and concern of the movers when unpacking items at the new house. They were more than willing to move items more than once, and they kept a positive, happy attitude when doing so. It was a long day, but they took very few breaks to finish the job on schedule. They informed me when a wall was nicked, and I appreciated their honesty. I will recommend your services in the future. Thank you for your assistance on a stressful day.

1 broken mirror. The guys were awesome and they were all freaked about the mirror.

This was the first time using Two Men and a Truck and my experience was outstanding! I have heard from friends that this was a great company to use for moves. The movers were very courteous not only to me but to each other. I noticed that their communication was excellent with each other when moving my furniture. They took extremely good care of my furniture. The was some damage to my former and current house. In dealing with the manager on the damage to my former house, was prompt and courteous. With my current house, I am awaiting a call regarding the damage and hope that I will have the same positive experience.

Nick and TJ were very nice guys to work with. They were very careful with my furniture, but things happen, and one item broke. Hopefully, 2MT will repair this. They never called me back regarding the ripped mattress during my first move. They keep calling me for a review, and I told them about the broken table, but the manager has yet to call me.

A good job, only 2 items were broken. There should have been more than 2 men to move us. A large 4 bedroom home, we weren’t moved in until 11 pm. I felt bad for the 2 guys, no breaks or lunch or dinner for a 12 hour shift

I have moved several times between states and used several moving companies. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They movers were clueless and careless. They damaged my furniture (multiple pieces), shoved antiques as well as a lawnmower upside down in dangerous positions in the truck. The men were rude. I offered them drinks and they snapped at me. These were the worst movers ever. I would highly recommend more training for staff.

Two movers handled what had been determined to be a 3 man job. Under those circumstances there were quick, efficient, and good humored throughout. They obviously worked well as a team and remained courteous and upbeat. A small accident to a piece of furniture was noted, brought to my attention and repaired at that time.

Many scratches on furniture. Lack of care for house. Several scratches on floor from sliding the furniture. Just wanted to get the job done, didnt care for the furniture. Handles broken off dresser.

One disappointment. The top of my kitchen table had numerous minor scratches from boxes set on it during the move.
