Was most impressed overall with the professionalism and effort of the moving team! It was very cold and it would have been easy to drag or not be efficient but they worked at a steady pace, didnandacirc;??t damage anything and were pleasant until the completion of the move.

Overall, very pleased. Only two suggestions for improvement. Final cost was more than I had expected from office discussion and actual time was less than anticipated. 2nd, putting down plastic runners would have protected my carpets and wood floors.

It has been over a week since our move and over 24 hours since I reached out to call customer service and I have had no return communication with the company. We have used This company for all of our moves and never had this terrible if an experience. We have a large hole in our wall, scrapped walks, destroyed new end tables and damaged our leather couch. It took them 9.5 hours to move us 1 mile. I have had no call on any of this despite the report the movers themselves filed and my follow up phone call.

The movers themselves were truly outstanding. The only concern I had was difficulty with having my items placed exactly as I hoped they would be (i.e. they couldn't bring the piano into the room I wanted it in). This was not communicated to me in advance, and no modification of the cost was made for this issue. I was exceptionally disappointed that there was no consideration of the fact that I needed to pay another company $330 to have the job completed. Otherwise, I was truly pleased with the move and all of my belongings made it to our new home without incident.

I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from your moving team. The weather was brutally cold and the guys couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful - they worked hard all day long. They made a very stressful day better, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
