Our movers were excellent, very friendly with great attitudes despite doing the move in a snowstorm. Very happy with our service. I wish I could recall the movers names as they should get a raise for how awesome they were during the less than ideal conditions.

Moving crew was excellent and professional, and they moved our stuff quickly but with care.
Office staff misrecorded what we wanted- they said we only had a few boxes with no furniture and that we lived on a 3rd floor apartment. We had specified we had 2 bedrooms of furniture and a living room and that we were on a 1st floor apartment. This made trouble for the moving crew when they showed up. However, the crew handled the situation well and moved everything for us.

In general, our experience was very good. Some damage was made to our house doors as we moved out but the company has made compensations appropriately. The moving crew was very courteous and efficient however more care could have been taken in off loading at the final location. My husband and I have not moved in almost 30 years, so it was an eye-opening experience in realizing how much stuff we had to move and the Two Men and a Truck crew helped us through it .

The salesman told me that you could move our piano and treadmill down to the basement of our new house. The movers refused to do either, and I have had to hire a separate moving company to do these jobs. What's worse, the crew reported that they were done at our old house, and that was absolutely not true. It took my wife and me two days to load and move all of the items that your crew left behind. I am very unhappy with my experience with your company, and I will share my experience with anyone who asks.

Did not like the andquot;we're not responsible for anything other than taking your money, now sign here or we leaveandquot; paperwork right before they started working. Any paperwork that requires a signature needs to be given in advance, at the same time as the quote. I'm still shocked at the $1300 cost for 4 hours of work.

While they arrived late they did call and let us know. Once at the apartment they worked quickly and got everything boxed and moved in less time then was quoted
