I never give all Excellent ratings because there is always room for improvement, but this experience was different. These guys embodied excellence from the jump! I highly recommend this company and their services, I am certain those who use Two men and a truck out of Fort Wayne will be pleased! The attitude of the crew was by far the best part of the experience. Friendly, and a genuine desire to go above and beyond! they worked quickly and actually came in under my estimate.
I hire people all the time In my work, and I would consider every one of those men a good hire, not only that, they told me how great their management was, and how well that the were treated. (too bad, I would have loved to hire the whole crew ) That is the secret to why this is an excellent company.. well done TM&AT!

Easy to arrange, had the date I needed available, the movers were great to work with, and the lead mover was excellent especially.

I had a medical emergency directly prior to the movers arriving. I called a friend to stand in for me. When she came I turned everything over to the movers and my friend and they were very professional, efficient, and handled themselves as gentlemen in a difficult situation. I will definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck.

Estimate was incorrect. We should have had 2 trucks instead of 1 and 4 movers instead of 3.

Called last minute and they were able to send a team to unload for me. They should up when stated and had everything unloaded and sorted in the time frame allotted. Was very pleased with the team. They did a wonderful job.

Moving across country is stressful but the two movers we had were great and worked very hard (in the heat). They made it much easier and we were very happy with their pleasant attitudes and work ethic.

Overall the move went very smoothly especially after one of the movers(I believe he was a trainee was replaced). His replacement, Vance was a real dynamo. The entire pace of the whole team picked up after he arrived. I think that was because they no longer had to concern themselves with making sure the trainee was doing things properly. While the trainee was on site there were a couple of gouges and scrape marks that showed up on the hardwood floors and walls. Although he or no one else owned up to the damage I believe it may have been him. Shortly after I pointed out the damage to the crew leader, Mike, a supervisor showed up and the trainee,Ray, was replaced. Ray also had low riding pants that were slipping down and he had to stop frequently to pull them up while moving things.

The team arrived on time to my clients retirement center. They were very personal and professional, They knew how too and did it well
I have to credit to Dakota, for extra and beyond help with a locked storage unit that I didn't have a the right key for. He was able to unlock the lock and were able to remove the items with out calling the lock smith for. I really appreciated his "Extra" and beyond help
They were completed the task under estimated time. Thank You all very much... (You still have out standing service, I first started to use 2 men and truck back in the early 2000) Congratulation on a great job.
