A few things were delivered to the wrong location, but overall, they were efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

was very pleased with the service and movers were very courteous and careful with property … movers explained everything they were doing and were open to and answered our questions … being first time using Two Men we were not sure what questions we should have ask up front, it would have been helpful for the contact person to fully explain what Two Men packs and what we needed to pack for them … all in all the move went good and everything that needed to move got moved without any problems … we would not hesitate to use Two Men again, or recommend them to anyone looking for a moving service … Chuck

Very happy with the way vance and ray worked to mark our items and load/unload. They were extremely hard working, quick, careful, and courteous. You should be thankful to have two such fine men. We are not as happy with the management however. Our apt complex allows moving in between 8 am and 9 pm. Management insisted the move would be completed Thursday, and they didnt leave until 10:30 pm. The late hour was due to the weather--terrible driving conditions thru west virginia and virginia due to fog/rain plus a bad thunderstorm in North Carolina. Management didn't care when I called to tell them about the weather. Management has neglected to call me to ask about any damages that might have occurred or to ask about my satisfaction with two men and a truck. I feel forgotten.

Only thibgs that i saw wrong is an item was dropped and broke and now I cant find my hysbands wedding band that he said was laying on the night stand

The moving team themselves were excellent but they were 3 hours late and I was supposed to have 3 guys and there were only 2. So it ended up costing me more because it was the same rate an hour.

Movers were very professional and moved very quickly. Also each man was polite and empathetic to our needs. I would highly refer anyone who is moving to use 2 men and a truck. We were very satisfied with the movers. My only advise is to the office staff to please communicate with the customer 24 hrs prior to the movers arrival so that they won't be sitting on pins and needles wondering if the men are going to keep their appointed day and time for the actual move. That's my suggestion. The key to any successful business is communication.

The team of movers were great to work with and very respectful of both us and our items they moved. They were hard workers and I would definitely use the company again. Mike

We were a little upset at the start since the movers did not receive the information about what was to be moved. The freezer full of food was not noted nor the special requirement of moving the baby grand. The team leader then had to call and straighten out the concerns. The move from then was flawless. Great workers stayed at it until the truck was load, transported, and unloaded. The men were super. The piano tech they sent out to prep the piano was excellent and put it all back together at the new address with excellent care.
