I'm satisfied with their service, however my only concern is how these two men spend their time that I paid for. I noticed one mover was too focused on organizing the things that are being moved into the truck rather than just move the items. The other mover was focused on moving things up to be loaded into a truck. They spent about 2 1/2 hours loading items into the truck and left behind other items because we ran out of time, but it only took them 30 minutes to unload everything off the truck and into a small storage unit. I felt like they could have gotten all of the items if they were not spending too much times organizing things into the truck. They should focus on moving things into the truck first and then organize things at the end to secure it prior to transporting it.

The three young menIMac, Marcus and Jake) were heard working, polite, courteous and very careful with all of my parent's furniture. This was a very tramatic day for my parents and these three men and your company made it much easier.

From my initial contact with office staff for information to the completion of the move, every aspect was excellent! The office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. They also promptly responded to questions and e-mails. The movers were prompt, friendly, and took extreme care with our belongings. (Nearly all of our furniture was antique and everything was moved from Point A to Point B without any issues.) I would not hesitate to use them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking moving services!

Troy and Marshall were excellent!!!! We moved my elderly parents from Oh to Ind.so thi,s move had a lot of stress. They were so kind and caring. They went above and beyond in working with us. We will definitely be letting others know about your company!!!
At the end of the move they asked if we needed anything rearranged to a different room.....and wished my parents another 52 years of happiness in their new place! Thank you Troy and Marshall for making this move smooth and easier.
