Crew was great. Was able to setup and confirm the date quickly. Was moving from quite the distance and needed help unloading only. It was cold the day of the move and I wasn't sure how long it would take them. The team of 3 showed up and knocked it out in just short of an hour. No complaints from them. They were joking and talking every time they came into the apartment.
Office staff was nice. Had a little hiccup with the time frame and having to change it due to delays from snow storm, but it was taken care of.

I have never hired movers, but have been involved in corporate office moves. Honestly, your company name, always made me thing your company was more of a mom and pop operation. After using your services, I have a completely different opinion / understanding of your company. Everyone I worked with met or exceeded my expectations. Through my experiences with corporate moves, movers have typically been grumpy / unapproachable people. Eric, Ben and Jacob were a hoot and made my day / moving experience way more enjoyable. I don't want to forget the work Casey did, in the office. He did additional followups, at my request, that were very appreciated. I typically don't do surveys. If i was given more that 800 characters, i would have been able to provide more details about my experience/people

The moving team was fantastic! Everyone very professional, very fast. They beat the estimated time easily, saving us money. The movers were great with our stuff, patient since we hadn't gotten packed as much as we would have liked, and overall we were super happy with our experience!

Ft wayne office general and manager were horrible .... This was Thursday the 22nd of February around 2:25 p.m. I called and spoke with a manager I can't remember his name but he told me that my movers wouldn't be done to another 2 hours on another job they were supposed to meet me at a little after 2 that's what I was told by Alyssa and this manager I went on to explain to him that I can wait two hours for them and that this is unprofessional he act he was going to refund my money I didn't ask him to do that he said no I'm going to go ahead and do it and I said wow really I asked for the corporate number he said no I'm not going to give you the corporate number then I asked to speak to. The Gm he didnt care . i had js hired them the day before spent 250 and i got treated that way ..

I was extremely satisfied with your company. The movers arrived 30 minutes early which was excellent and in about 2 hours had me moved. Saved me over half of the estimate. They not only moved everything but offered their services to put together furniture that had to be torn down. They took care not to dirty carpet or harm furniture. Have already recommended them to friends and relatives. Will definitely use in the future. So very glad I made the decision to use them .
