Nate was very informative and a good communicator when setting up the move. The three guys who moved us were very polite, clean and very careful with our furniture and boxes. The truck arrived within the two hour time frame. They introduced themselves (I don't remember their names), and then surveyed the items to be moved. They worked efficiently and quietly. There were stairs at the old apartment and the new apartment. They never complained. They just kept working. I am very particular when it comes to my possessions and my money. I will definitely use them on any future moves because they were EXCELLENT!

We had good experiences in previous moves with you. This time we were very disappointed. 1 team member was smoking on premises. Team members argued in front of us on how to assemble boxes. Glass top table was broken while loading after we pointed out it needed protected better. Team members need better shoes for the rainy conditions. Very slippery. One team member seemed to have back pain. Instructed office staff we had a lot of glass and would need more boxes. Failing to bring extra, they used our materials for the extra boxes. We paid for extra person to assist in moving a heavy file cabinet. The team was inexperienced and unsure. The team stopped for fuel enroute to the storage facility without verbally telling us. We were charged for that time. $1300 disappointment

Chase Voie, Dan O' Fallon, and Victor Peralta (spelling mistakes probably) did a GREAT job with moving our furniture from our previous home to our new home. They all had great attitudes, worked together well, and moved efficiently. They were able to maneuver large furniture without damaging anything. I think the team had great communication and customer service skills. These gentlemen were very impressive and my husband have already recommended Two Men and a Truck to numerous friends and family. Everything with Two Men and a Truck from the initial quote to moving the final piece of furniture was perfection.

The team was excellent to have working here. Only suggestion we would have is to tell the customers the dressers, desks and storage cabinets may be turned upside down. Had we been made aware of this we would have removed the stuff in the drawers and packed it separately.
THank you for a great job done. Now where do we put all this stuff away???

Chase and Seth were awesome. They did everything possible to make sure the move went smoothly and quickly. They took great care of my homes on both ends of the move and were as gentle as possible with my possessions. Chase and Seth were friendly, kind, communicative and courteous. Kayla, Matt and Luke in the local office were wonderful to work with and extremely reassuring and kind. Moving is a traumatic experience for some of us, and I could not have had a better moving experience :)

The move is completed. The only thing I would have improved was the weather.

The movers were right on time, courteous, respectful, pleasant , and efficient! They deserve a raise !
