They arrived early and we were thrilled to get started. Keezan,Deante and Marcos were the best. They were careful with all our boxes and very nice and polite. The 3 men did the work of 5 men. I highly recommend this company. We are extremely happy we used two men and a truck.

Guys were great. some damage to garage shelves and a few dented walls. $50 settle does not cover that but oh well.
The lead guy (taller and very good communicator) was obviously more experienced, great attitude and provided direction the other two guys clearly needed.
Also - I have a black sweatshirt I am certain belongs to one of them (Zach?) HOw do I return that?
I would recommend them and use them again.

Your movers were nice guys, but we found out things at the last minute, which should have been explained in advance by the office team.
we had missing boxes and damaged merchandise and walls. In the end we got paid a little, but not even close to what will end up costing us to
repair things. In general we treated your movers very well, provided them water and lunch an tipped them too.
Not happy with the way the damage & missing items claim was handled at the end.

This move Took longer than my previous move where there was more rooms and furniture and boxes. Very disorganized crew where they could have utilized both stairwells but only used one. Too much time was taken for paperwork and parking the truck. the quote I received seemed excessive and now after the move I realize why. The team of movers were not very efficient and seem to make the point to utilize all the quoted time and more. I was very disappointed in the cost which was higher than the quote. I am planning on calling the local office to let them know. They have not returned my request for the service representative to call me. The service and price are why I answered the questionnaire with very low ratings. BBB will be contacted if this company does not rectify the $ situation

Although the young men were friendly and courteous, they were not very respective of our property. when they tried to get my queen mattress from upstairs, we had to assist them on how to do their job. They pushed and pushed the mattress out that it scratched and removed drywall on the ceiling. I specifically told them which item were to be moved and which were staying and when we got to our new home, they were unpacking items I told them stayed at the old house. They also damaged my dining table. when we brought it to their attention, they acted surprised and didn't know how it could not happened. When we also called the office staff to complain about this, they were not very understanding. The receptionist was rather condescending. not enough space to give input
