My move had to be rescheduled last minute due to a problem w the delivery and you all jumped to get some guys to accommodate and I’m So grateful! The guys were fast, ignored their phones and worked their tails off. I will use you guys again

I had an excellent experience from the time I called and talked with your office and throughout the move. The two young men who moved my things did a VERY nice job. I was impressed in how much care they took wrapping everything to make sure nothing happened to any of my belongings. They were both very professional and if I ever had you move anything for me in this area, I would ask for them. Please let them know I was very impressed with them and I appreciate the fine job they did for me. Shortly after they arrived your office called to make sure they were there and asked if I needed anything or had any questions. Your office called the following day to ask how things went for me. I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received. Thank You VERY Much. Bob

My movers were FANTASTIC!! My experience with the office site was great as well. My one complain goes to the owner of the company. We had to leave 2 sofas on a porch for 3 days and we asked if we the sofas could staff protectively wrapped during that time with your covers. We offered to make a deposit and/or to trade for hotel rooms. We were told "no" and the only option we were given was to purchase the covers. Given the amount of money we paid for the moving service as well as the respect that we felt we deserved, the owner could and should have been willing to give us at least a couple of days to return the covers. We would have even understood being charged for them if we didn't return them in the agreed time. "No" just wasn't a very "customer service" answer for what had been such a positive experience. My husband and I both work in the Hospitality Industry. The owner has awesome employs that offered us top-notch customer service. The owner needs to learn from his own team.

The men that moved my belongings were amazing, one very quiet and respectful and the other was amazing also. I would recommend your company to anyone that is moving. I feel that it would be better if when you get costumers that the higher prices should be paid up front and then a refund be returned to the customer

Victor, Trey, and Jabreil were great. They were kind, courteous, and fun. They moved quickly, efficiently, and carefully. Moving is very stressful, they helped make it FUN with their good attitudes.

My husband and I were very impressed with how efficient the team was with moving the house and play set. They also didn’t give up right away when trying to get several pieces of furniture downstairs to the basement. We moved into a brand new house and they didn’t scratch or ding it at all. The team was extremely polite and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
