The movers were nice and polite, and took special care with our belongings. Everything went well, up until payment time. Two Men And A Truck charged us for 45 minutes before the arrival of the movers, and then 30 minutes after the departure of the movers, for their travel time back to the office, which is 20 minutes away (tops) from our apartment and storage unit. Recommend the movers, not the Co.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that our movers were polite, professional, and took great care of your belongings. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to the team.
Regarding the drive time, we understand that this can be confusing or frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our pricing structure includes travel time to and from the job site. This time accounts not only for driving, but also for the costs associated with operating a fully equipped moving truck, fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and paying our professional movers for their time. The travel time charged is based on a standard calculation set at the time of booking and is shared upfront, so there are no surprises.

The guys who did my move were polite, professional, and efficient. They wasted no time and got after it. Moving is usually a nightmare and they made it light work. Also, due to a last second issue I took possession of my home a week later than expected and the person in the office was able to get me rescheduled for a week later on 24 hours notice with no issue. I would absolutely use again.

Josh and Willie were very impressive young men. They were efficient, knowledgeable, strong and polite as they loaded and unloaded household goods from one location to another.
This is not the first time we used Two Men and will use them again if necessary.
