I think you have this process nailed. The guys were strong, polite, took care and caution. Asked questions if they were unsure of something. I had server different off your guys, after using the company for several days and from the first office call to the last move everyone was professional and very pleasant to work with while I was so stressed to be out on time they calmed my nerves!
